We are confident that you will love your FiorSó jewellery! However in the unlikely event that you wish to return your jewellery, we are happy to accept returns + process a no quibble price refund. This even applies to earrings!

What if I change my mind once I have received my item, and want to return it? + -

We are sure you will love your FiorSó jewellery! However the unlikely event that you wish to return your jewellery we are happy to provide a no-quibble price refund (excluding gift cards). For customised items, see below.

It is very important that you have not tried on or worn the jewellery, and any hygiene seals remain in place at all times, if you wish to return it due to a change of mind.

Who do I contact and how long do I have to decide? + -

You must confirm in writing to info@fiorso.ie within 14 days of receiving your jewellery directly from us that you wish to return it and obtain a refund. Please ensure you have followed the full process set out in our Refund Policy.

What if I'm purchasing the jewellery as a gift? + -

You must confirm in writing to info@fiorso.ie within 14 days of receiving your jewellery directly from us that you wish to return it and obtain a refund. So:

  • If your gift was sent directly by us to the gift recipient, then you/they have 14 days from the date they receive the gift from us to inform us accordingly.
  • If your gift was sent directly by us to you (which you then passed on to a third party recipient), then you have 14 days the date on which you received the item from us (not from the date you passed it on to the third party recipient) to inform us accordingly.

What about customised items? + -

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on customised items as a general rule. However, in exceptional circumstances we may agree to a return and refund. Please contact us at info@fiorso.ie within 14 days in line with the above section.
