Returns Policy

Your Right of Return + Refund

We are confident that you will be happy with your jewellery.

However, if for any reason, you would like to return your jewellery (including earrings) we offer a no quibble price refund. Please follow the below process. Note this does not automatically apply to customised items and gift cards (see Exceptions section below).

Process

If you wish to return your jewellery to us, please:

  1. Email us at info@fiorso.ie within 14 days of receiving your jewellery directly from us, confirming that you wish to return it and obtain a refund. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase. If you received the jewellery as a gift from someone else, please note that the 14 day period starts when the jewellery was received by the person to whom we originally sent the jewellery (not from when you received it as a gift).
  2. You must return the jewellery in its branded jewellery box to us. You can re-use the original postal packaging but you are not obliged to. The jewellery must be well-packaged when returning it to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned jewellery, and provided the above is complied with, we will issue you with a price refund as soon as possible, less any amounts due as detailed in point 4 below. Please note any postage cost will not be refunded, only the price of the item itself will be refunded.
  4. Return postage Terms and Cost. Returns from within Ireland/NI/GB We will email a free returns label to your email address, which you must print off and use to return the jewellery to us. You must have posted the returned piece to us within 7 days of us sending you the returns label, in order to be eligible for a refund. Returns from Rest of World You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of return. Please use a tracked postal system so that you have proof of postage and delivery to us (if we do not receive the return and you have not used a tracked postal system, we will not be able to issue you with a refund). Please ensure the postage paperwork makes clear that the item is a ‘Return – No Value’ and includes the correct export/import information as required. If we incur taxes, duties or other charges on receiving the returned item (due to incorrect postage paperwork) these amounts will be deducted from your refund total when we process your refund.

Gifts

If you have received your jewellery as a gift from someone else, please note that the 14 day period for returns starts when the jewellery was received by the person to whom we originally sent the jewellery (not from when you received it as a gift).

Exceptions – Customised items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on customised items as a general rule. However, in exceptional circumstances we may agree to a return and refund. Please contact us at info@fiorso.ie within 14 days in line with the above section to initiate a discussion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on gift cards.

Faults, Damage or Defective

Please inspect your jewellery upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event that it is faulty, damaged or defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of the damage or defect.

You will be asked to return the item to us for inspection, and we will tell you how best to return it to us. You must return the jewellery and the branded jewellery box to us. You can re-use the original postal packaging but you are not obliged to. The jewellery must be well-packaged when returning it to us.

Upon our inspection, if we agree that the item is faulty, damaged or defective due to an inherent issue with the jewellery (as opposed, for example, reasonable care of the goods has not been taken) we will offer you a  price refund, a repair or a replacement, and we will refund your return postage costs. If we disagree that the item is faulty, damaged or defective we will notify you accordingly.
