Your Right of Return + Refund
We are confident that you will be happy with your jewellery.
However, if for any reason, you are not completely happy with your jewellery (including earrings) we offer a no quibble 100% price refund + a free return. This does not automatically apply to customised items (see section below for customised items)
If you wish to return your jewellery to us, please:
- Email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your jewellery directly from us, confirming that you wish to return it and obtain a refund. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
- We will email a free postal returns label to your email address, which you can print off and use to return the jewellery to us.
- You must return the jewellery in its branded jewellery box to us. You can re-use the original postal packaging but you are not obliged to. The jewellery must be well-packaged when returning it to us.
- Once we receive the returned jewellery, and provided the above is complied with, we will issue you with a refund as soon as possible.
If you have received your jewellery as a gift from someone else, please note that the 14 day period for eligible returns starts when the jewellery was received by the person to whom we originally sent the jewellery (not from when you received it as a gift).
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on customised items as a general rule. However, in exceptional circumstances we may agree to a return and refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days in line with the above section to initiate a discussion.
Faults, Damage or Defective
Please inspect your jewellery upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event that it is faulty, damaged or defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of the damage or defect.
You will be asked to return the item to us for inspection. We will then email a free postal returns label to your email address, which you can print off and use to return the jewellery to us. You must return the jewellery and the branded jewellery box to us. You can re-use the original postal packaging but you are not obliged to. The jewellery must be well-packaged when returning it to us.
Upon our inspection, if we agree that the item is faulty, damaged or defective due to an inherent issue with the jewellery (as opposed, for example, reasonable care of the goods has not been taken) we will offer you a 100% price refund, a repair or a replacement. If we disagree that the item is faulty, damaged or defective we will notify you accordingly.
